A VP of Product needed to articulate the vision and values of their org’s culture after the growth and restructuring of 500+ people into new pods and teams. A SVP of Product needed to frame the business case for launching a new division of Dolby, focused on APIs for tech apps, product managers, and developers. An incoming CEO needed a dynamic way to bring the corporate vision and strategy to life for 250 SVPs at the annual summit in support of enterprise-wide transformation.
